First, go to Ecruteak city and find the Burned Tower. Once inside, all three dogs ; Entei,Raikou,Suicune will run away from you when you enter the bottom floor, they will be roaming Johto and Kanto, when you find it , lower it's hp down to either 1,2,3,4,5. USE MEAN LOOK OR BLOCK FIRST other wise it will flee, after 5 or lower hp now use hypnosis: only because it doesn't faint it , only make it sleep, use at least 1-7 ultra balls because they're most effective other then master ball which is a real waste
