Easy just go to the desert above Mauville city ... but make sure you get the mach bike. theres a 50% chance that you may or may not see the 'Mirage Tower' there just go somewhere else and come back and you might find it . Go in and make your way to the top on the second floor just use your Mach bike to get through the cracked ground and then at top you will find two fossils the Root and the Claw fossils if you choose the root you will get a lileep if you choose claw you will get anorith which evolves into armaldo :D after u get the claw fossil go to rustboro and go to the Devon corporation talk to all the scientists there and u will find one who says that he has invented a Pokemon ressurection machine give the fossil to him and come back later and you will get anorith YAY
