First of all, before you catch regirock, regice, and registeel, you have to open the sealed chamber. To open the regi caves, you have to fly to pacifidlog town and serf of to the south and the current should pull you to the west to a small island. Run to the end of the island facing southward. The current should pull you west again. Then you will reach another island, go to the bottom left corner and surf there facing west. Then you will reach one last island, it is small. Once you reach it, walk DIRECTLY west from were you are and surf from there. Then you should reach a small diving spot. (If you pass this, go back to pacifidlog and try again). Dive under there and go down were you will see a square rock with braille at the end. Read it, (it says Go Up Here) then dive directly from that spot. You will reach a place called the sealed chamber. Go to the end of the cave and read the braille. (It says Dig Here). So you have to use dig from that spot. (it will say "want to return to UNDERWATER?.. DONT LISTEN TO IT!!!!!) You will reach another cave. go to the end of it and read the braille. (It says First Comes Wailord, Last Comes Relicanth). It means you have to put The Pokemon Wailord first in you party, and put a Relicanth last in your party. (If this doesn't work, try putting Relicanth first in you party, and the Wailord last). After you arrange that, there will be an earthquake telling you that the regi caves have opened. YAY!
Regirock's cave is far south in the "Desert". Once you go in, read the braille. Then from that spot, walk 2 spaces left, the 2 spaces down, then use rock smash! The cave will open, go inside and you will find the Pokemon Regirock sitting there waiting to be battled. (Regirock is at Lv. 40).
Then Regice is is in a cave in route 105 so surf there. (It's a place near vertical islands with trees on them). once you find the cave read the braille, then walk a clockwise lap around the cave staying next to the walls at all times! if you mess up, you have to do it again. once you've done one lap, the door will open. Regice will be in the cave waiting. (It will be at the usual Lv. 40)
Registeel's cave is east of Fortree town. once you go east, go south to the super tall grass maze. then keep going south to route 120 once you find the cave, read the braille, then go to the very canter of the cave, then use flash. the cave door will open, and Registeel will be inside waiting for you. (He will be also at Lv 40).
Try catching them with ultra balls. Not Master Balls!
