You can either buy them from player OR do a quest:
With a 100 profinencey weapon equipped, talk to Aodhan in front of the Emain Macha Castle. Talk to him about Private Stories. You will then receive a quest. Just look in the quest box and click the new quest. It will lead you from there. After you complete it you can now buy a Barri Spirit Dungeon pass for 5,000 gold from Gilmore, the Bangor General Shop Owner. You drop it at Barri Dungeon and at the 3rd floor there will be ores. Mine those ores and you will get a Fossil stone (2 by 2 inventory space EACH fossil, so make sure you have alot of space). After you mine all of them go to Edren, the Bangor blacksmith, and make him refine the fossils into spirit stones.

Make sure you're at least lvl 26 and you don't have Eiry. Assuming you did the first part of the quest, (if you didn't, you can search it up on the Mabinogi Wiki): Get your weapon to 100prof, 30 elemental removers (1k each; can be obtained from Lassar, Price, or Galvin), and the desired spirit stone (if your weapon is a sword, then you need to get a sword spirit stone, etc). Go to Tarlach in Sidhe Sneachta who appears around 6PM-6AM at night. He's the only NPC who can form a spirit contract.
