Shiny Arceus is impossible to obtain without participating an event or using a cheating device, for it is shiny-locked. Shiny locking prevents certain Pokemon to have the shiny PID, and a legendary being shiny (like Celebi, Mew, and Keldeo) isn't legal.

∙ 8y agoCurrently, it isn't possible to get a shiny Arceus without going to the Archdjinn of Rings: Hoopa Event. This started on March 7th in Japan.
Before this event Arceus was shiny-locked. All Arceus from the Hall of Origin are illegal (whether they are shiny or not), because the Azure Flute has never been released on an event. Be careful with people on a forum claiming they can offer you a legitimate shiny Arceus. Check the date before trading, so that you can determine if it's legitimate.

Nobody knows when the next Arceus event is but I missed it because I got mine from my friend or you can get a action replay and look for the bad egg code and the egg will hatch into a shiny LV.100 Arceus.

You have to trade one from diamond, pearl or platinum but there have been no azure flute events so far and the only arceus event has been the movie 12 arceus. the movie 12 arceus is guarenteed non-shiny so the only way is to hack.

no no one can give you that. because celebi can not be shine as it is an event only pokemon.
