If you want it to hatch faster, put a Pokémon with the ability Flame Body or Magma Armor in your team. Then hop on your bike, switch to the fast gear, and zoom around on that. Flame Body and Magma Armor halve the number of steps required to hatch an Egg and a fast bike reduces the amount of real time it takes.
