All eggs require a certain number of steps to hatch, so only walking will hatch them. Keep the Manaphy egg in your party and walk around until it hatches (I never bother to count steps lol). If you want it to hatch faster, put a Pokémon with the ability Flame Body or Magma Armor in your team. Then hop on your bike, switch to the fast gear, and zoom around on that. Flame Body and Magma Armor halve the number of steps required to hatch an Egg and a fast bike reduces the amount of real time it takes.
