Don't let your sims exercise, and make sure they eat a lot. You can also make them fat while you are in create-a-sim. (Hint: while you are in create-a-sim press shift and n. It will give your more options. You can even make your sim a grim reaper!) Hope This Helped! :-)

u could try doing the whole 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled' true thing and then click on the grim reaper and click 'make baby with' when he is on the lot. the weird thing is that it says that Specter really did do a woohoo with the grim not just have a baby with him...
