You go to Icirrus City and, when you get there, go to the house on the left of the city, which is south of the Gym, and go inside. It has a sign outside the house saying "Fans of Everything Pokemon The Pokemon Fan Club" just so you know it is the right house. It will have a man and a woman, which is with a Pokemon called Munna. A Sandile will also be running in circles next to the man. Well, anyways, talk to the man and show him a Pokemon that really trusts and likes you (most likely your Starter Pokemon) and he wiill give you the Exp Share!! You could use many different methods to level. The item Lucky Egg increases your Exp. Points, and trading your Pokemon to another game increases as well. Fighting or rematching trainers is also the most simple way. If you're playing Black/White, fighting wild Audino in rustling grass, Basculin in the water or other evolved Pokemon in the wild gives you a lot of exp. Rare Candy is the easiest way, but they're rare to find.

Yes, Black 2 and White 2 keep a lot of the same places as Black and White however some places like the Cold Storage are no longer there and some places are no longer available.

hmm, I'd have to say, yes and no. It all depends on how you look at it. If you are trying to EV train a Pokemon, yes, using Action Replay for exp can make your Pokemon weaker then normal. For normal Play, I'd have to say, its fine. I do it, but I only use the Double Exp after battle.
