You go to Icirrus City and, when you get there, go to the house on the left of the city, which is south of the Gym, and go inside. It has a sign outside the house saying "Fans of Everything Pokemon The Pokemon Fan Club" just so you know it is the right house. It will have a man and a woman, which is with a Pokemon called Munna. A Sandile will also be running in circles next to the man. Well, anyways, talk to the man and show him a Pokemon that really trusts and likes you (most likely your Starter Pokemon) and he wiill give you the Exp Share!!
