This guy is totally wrongore everything that guy said above, there are two ways to get golden Pokemon on TPPC, either by playing on a holiday/Shrimpy's birthday, or by winning the Safari Zone Contest/S.S. Anne. And you can always earn enough money to buy one when it comes for sale.
