It's extremely rare but every so often you can find it included as a promotion when buying something else. They "give it away free" when you buy another game, or console or computer or whatever.
minecraft isn't in the limelight as much anymore so there doesn't seem to be any incentive to give it away.
You MAY find it cheaper at a box store like Walmart, Target or whatever, as a sale item.
