When you're on the cliff complete the machines task go into the barrel which takes you to the shore. When you are here build a boat buy a life-jacket (costs 50 coins) and head on to the bay. When you're at the bay go into the brown puffle cave and adopt one. To adopt one just find the piece of paper (its in the top left). :)
