Go the Safari Zone in Pastoria City and walk around until you encounter a Skorupi. You DO NOT need the National Pokedex, you just need a little bit of patience, because Skorupi is sort of rare.

Enter the National Pokedex number of the Pokemon you want (For Skorupi it would be 451) hold down 'L' for a few seconds, then clear. Then type in the level you want it to appear at (1-100) and hold down 'R' for a few seconds, then clear. Finally, enter the number cooresponding to the nature you want it to be (I don't know the specifics of natures and never really cared. lol.) 1-25. Hold down Select for a few seconds. DO NOT PRESS CLEAR. Walk in the grass and the Skorupi will appear. ^_^ This cheat has been tested and proven to work countless times. It's not bugged or anything. Enjoy!
