it's kinda impossible for me because well i can only get it to 22 defense and 25 att and tryed using more of that defence drug but it wouldn't go anymore.....
In my opinion, Hitmonchan but only cause he can have Thunder, fire, and ice punch You can get a Ditto and breed your choice on Island 4 later on and get a Tyrogue If Tyrogue's attack >20, it will evolve into hitmonchan at level 20 If " defence >20, you get Hitmonlee If Attack=Defense, you will get a Hitmontop at level 20
Find the Karate King inside Mt Mortar, he will give you a Tyrogue after you beat him (make sure you only have 5 Pokemon in your party). Raise the Tyrogue to level 20, if it has more attack than defence it evolves into Hitmonlee, if it has more defence than attack, hitmonchan, if they're even, hitmontop.
It is not possible to get a ninth badge in Pokemon FireRed. You can only get eight badges in Pokemon FireRed.
Celebi cannot be found in Pokemon FireRed. The only way to get Celebi in Pokemon FireRed is receiving it from an event distribution. These events are sadly no longer supported for Pokemon FireRed.
The only way to obtain Magmar in Pokemon FireRed is to trade it from LeafGreen.
The only way to get Hitmontop is to evolve Tyrogue.

The only way to obtain Hitmontop in-game is to breed the Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan that you get from Saffron City's Karate Dojo with a Ditto, and then ensure that when the subsequent Tyrogue reaches Level 20, its Attack and Defense stats are equal. However, any Pokémon hatched as a result of breeding with Ditto will have lower stats than average, so I recommend that you just trade for Hitmontop, or Tyrogue.

At level 20, if its attack is higher than its defense, it will be Hitmonlee. If defense is higher, Hitmonchan. If equal, Hitmontop. Use the stat boosters (like Protein I guess?) to make sure you get the one you want.
On route 208 and 211 using the poke radar PMMewtwo---In the middle room of the mansion ,inside the right door in the Pokemon mansion, Michael will give you a Tyrogue in change of a Starly, "easy trade" I know. He does it, because he lives in that "dimension" thingy where you cannot catch Starlys.
You cannot get Tyrogue for Platinum. You can only do it by migrating, cheating or you can ask the little girl in Sandgem town (that tells where rare Pokemon are)where is Tyrogue. I tried this before but it took months for me to get Tyrogue's location. You might be lucky and get Tyrogue's location in days. P.S You will have to finish the Sinnoh Pokedex to do this.
You can only obtain hitmonlee by evolving tyrogue. Tyrogue is obtained in Mt. Mortar. Source: Bulbapedia
you can't only in Pokemon firered and leafgreen you can't only in Pokemon firered and leafgreen

If you are talking about Tyrogue, then he is a Fighting type Pokemon with a triple branched evolution: Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, and Hitmontop. If you meant where to find him, you can get him after defeating the Karate King. To get to the Karate King, you have to enter the middle entrance of Mt. Mortar, then go all the way down into the basement. After you win he will give you a Tyrogue. A Tyrogue's evolution is based off of his (they are only male) Attack and Defense stats at level 20. If his Attack is larger than his Defense at level 20, he will evolve into Hitmonlee. If his Defense is bigger than his Attack at level 20, he will evolve into Hitmonchan. Finally, if his Attack is equal to his Defense at level 20, then he will evolve into Hitmontop. Hope this is helpful
