you can't get one in the grass but you can mate a boy pikachu and a girl pikachu all you have to do is go get a boy and a girl pikachu from the forest in kanto and put them in the daycare and they wiil eventually mate and you get the pichu egg from the daycare man and hatch the egg that's all
