You cannot get Palkia in Pokemon Diamond. The only way (non-cheat) to get Palkia is to trade it over from Platinum or Pearl, or via GTS with a stranger.

go to the top of mount coronet and click on all the pillars ( make sure you have the same amount of moon stones as the amount of pillars ) then exit the room and put dialga at the front of your party equiped with his special stone. remember u must of beaten the game to get him. you must also have all three of the spirit Pokemon uxie,azelf,and mesprit. go back to the top and stand on the triangle then go to your bag and press escape rope then use and then u will be in a battle with palkia lv.100!

This guy is wrong. I got palkia from the underground sinho without action replay. The bad part is it is on level 20 and hasn;t learned spacial rift. You just got to level it up to make it learn spacial rift.

you have to go to the city that has 2 team galactic bases first go into the small one from the right if you explore you will find the galactic key then go into the big wharehouse throgh the middle enterence you have to explore then beat the team galactic leader then you have to free the lake Pokemon. then you go to the lower enterence to the mount cornet try to get as high as you can when you reach the top you will catch dialga. you cannot catch palkia in Pokemon diamond.
