Find Mr. Backlot's office.
Save in front of him.
Talk to him and when he asks you 'You are envious aren't you?' always say yes.
If you say yes twice, he'll say that a rare Pokemon came up to him while he was in his trophy garden. That's the rare Pokemon in the garden.
If he doesn't say Eevee, turn off and try again and again and again.

Well, there is a way but it may take a long time! What you do is you go into Mr. Backlot's office and save your game in front of him. Then, you talk to him. He'll ask you if you are envious. Say yes. Then he'll ask you again. Say yes again. Then he'll say a Pokemon that "a cute eyed Pokemon that joyously ran up to me." If the Pokemon he just said was not the one, turn off your DS and try again. I hope this works for you because I have caught five Eevee already in his garden! Good luck! :)

You can't catch wild Eevee, but if you get a Ditto from the Backlot's Mansion (Trophy Garden), then you can breed as many as you want. And its cheaper because it usually takes about twenty minutes for the Day-Care guy in Solocean Town to say that you Eevee is holding an egg. you just take the egg and if you leave the two there then they will just keep producing eggs.
