The only way to get Jirachi in Ruby or Sapphire is either to pull it off the Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc (US version) or from Pokemon Channel (European or Australian version). In either case, a cable that connects the Game Cube to the Game Boy Advance must be used, and an empty spot in the party is required, at least in the case of the Bonus Disc.

well if you have the game cube game POKEMON CHANNEL, after you beat the game on channel, on the start menu go to options then Jirachi or something! U HAVE TO HAVE a link cable from game boy (or SP) to game cube and it transfers a Jirachi!done and simple!
