All you need to do is find a way to go to navel rock and you can find either one there or both but you might also need a hack or GameShark/action replay code just to help you get there or do a Nintendo event.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!REMEMBER A HACK OR A CHEAT COULD POSSIBLY MESS YOUR GAME UP JUST REMEMBER THAT OK!!!!!!!!!!!! But if you want to try it anyway then enjoy. Also remember you need something to catch it with.
