Have masterball ready (since it'd be worth using) save before it, and soft reset (L+R+start+select) after you engage each time until when it comes out it is shiny (1 in over 8000 are shiny, so it might take forever) I am currently working on SRing for it myself, 6-7 hours into it. Good luck.
