Enter Crystal Caverns, and head straight. There you'll see a level (3) rock. Push it and enter the path. Once that's complete, turn left. Pick up the stone and turn right, there'll be a snake standing there. Throw it and run until you see a 'call' sign. Pause and look straight, there's another snake. Pick up the stone nearby and throw it an run in and turn RIGHT. There, you'll see a bridge. Cross it and into Polar Fields you go!

First warp to South Pawville (if you are not there) then go walk (or run) to North Pawville (left of dolphin coast) enter North Pawville and go to the bridge which is pretty much straight, then keep going straight to whisker woods if you see a waterfall keep going straight once you get to the beginning of the bridge then turn a little bit left and go to crystal caverns which looks like a huge hole at the entrance (which is light brown) enter the crystal caverns then, go push the rock that is the most towards the right hand side then pass all the king cobras (throw rocks at them) would be the best way to pass them, then start looking to the right hand side and you will soon see a bridge then walk (or run on the bridge then you will be at Polar Fields next the game will say that you can warp there, then walk towards a brown puffy cat with a scarf and a hat and press a to talk to him, then he will say you look strange and explain that you need a ripe coconut from dolphin coast, then go to a warping stone and warp to South Pawville, then walk (or run) to dolphin coast start using twitching whiskers you will see a picture of a ripe coconut on the left hand side keep using twitching whiskers and soon beat will appear then he will say the ripe coconut is to high, then pick up a rock and throw it at the palm tree and you will get the ripe coconut then walk (or run) to South Pawville, (straight ahead Augusta the brown and white (or yellow and white) cat, then enter South Pawville and then go straight and then turn left towards the warping stone, then press A, and then scroll towards warp and press A, then, scroll to the small picture (or image) of polar fields then wait for it to load, then turn backwards and walk to Hugo then, he will say here is my extra suit, take good care of it!
