simple you should go to a Nintendo event like Pokemon rocks America bring your cartridge and they will download an aurora ticket and mystic ticket and go to birth island solve some simple puzzle and you will find deoxys other ways to get aurora ticket is with 2 wireless adaptor make sure the other guy has mystery gift and you too then go to the Pokemon center or mart talk to a loser with a green hat he will give you the ticket n then go to birth island

you will get defense deoxys in LeafGreen attack in FireRed speed in emerald and normal in ruby and sapphire

Normally you would need the Aurora Ticket which is unobtainable without cheats. You may also use cheats to reach Birth Island which is where Deoxys is based. Mystery gift-nintendo event :P
