How do you get Cranidos?

You need to go Underground and dig up fossils.A skull fossil will give you a Cranidos.Take the fossil to the Oreborough City to the fossil museum just before the mines. Give the fossil to guy on the counter.

also u can only get it on Pokemon platinum or diamond its impossible to get it on pearl

To get a Cranidos go underground (after first getting the required equipment) and dig around until you get a Skull Fossil. Next, go back up and go to Oreburgh City. Then, go to the mining museum in the city and talk to the professor at the desk. Finally, follow his directions after giving him the fossil and then you will get a Cranidos.
