There is a download in which you can get 64 player size maps.

There are also websites, forums etc in which "hackers" have found ways in which you can get 64 player size maps. It is tricky though and it's probably a better idea if you download them but if you can't download you can try that.

Either go into the single player menu in Minecraft and select which one you want or add the map/world into your "saves" folder. If you want to add maps to your Multiplayer then just put the map into the folder your server app is in then add the name of the map into the "server.properties" folder for the game to see it.

No. ODST doesn't have multiplayer, excluding firefight (which can't be forged, and not even for matchmaking) and co-op campaign. But ODST does come with a Halo 3 multiplayer disc, which includes all of the original multiplayer maps and the DLC maps. That disc also includes forge mode.
go to single player then click skirmish game and you can select your maps and teams
