Ok, so first off go into the family that you want to disable the aging. Go to options, [you know, the three dots on the bottom left corner?] and then press Options... . Go to Game Options via one of the tabs and you should see around the bottom left side of the page Enable Aging. Get rid of the tick by clicking it [I'm pretty sure you know how to do that!] and it should disable the aging.
