Go to Mistralton city and go in the house to the right of the Pokemon center, talk to one of the people in there but I think you have to have the heart scale. I'm sure you need it. So, go to Driftveil city and turn on the dowsing MCHN if you have it and go inside the market but I think you go in the side of the market where heart breaker Charles rides around. I'm not exactly sure where the heart scale is, and I'm not sure if it's invisible either but just turn on the dowsing MCHN anyways.
