1) Make the light on the front red
2) hold the front power button until u hear a double beep
3) You will get some type of message, I got a HDMI message, others have gotten a usb message...either way just follow the prompts to the end & it should reset.
4) If you dont get it the 1st time keep trying. Mine worked on the 1st attempt but I have read that others have taken more.
