If you were at McDonalds, then it's probably because they send you to a browser for you to sign in, but since you are on the PSP I guess they kinda can't do that. So I suggest you go to your browser then put in network info from there. But for anything at home, it isn't working for me either and i'm going to see what's up with it at GameStop.
