theres a few different ways...x clamp fix which i believe is the best way, the other way is a reflow with a heat gun..if you do not have a heat gun then just take your 360 apart, take the fan out of its clips (keep it plugged in), sit it on top of the CPU the tall heat sink, make sure its blowing the air out of the heatsink, then turn your 360 on wait until you get the 2 red rings, then wait exactly 2 minutes after!! after that let it cool down for bout 30-35 minutes. You should be good after that..if not Google your problem! lol. i am about to fix my 360 with the same error code with the x clamp fix. I recommend this fix.
