first. after the Elite 4 you will find yourself in your room go downstairs then your mom will say that she saw on tv a Pokemon then she will ask you what couler red or blue red is latias and blue is latios. next you have to go everywhere but no flying so it will be ezy but long. when you find a lati but you are on low health and no balls let it go ( last time it ran away from me) When you are redy look on your pokedex and go to the lati that you saw and see where it is p.s I hop it helps :)
