∙ 12y agoSelphy is at the end of Lost Cave to reach her go through the exit points in these directions: Right, Up, Down, Down, Left, Down, Right, Up. Selphy will battle you she had level 40's and shouldn't be too difficult to deal with. Selphy will take you to her home after your done and if you talk to her again she will ask to see a certain pokemon that either you have seen or own or have owned if you show her the pokemon you will get a reward.

Just keep running around and you will eventually find one. It does take a while for Pokemon to appear in the lost cave. Murkrow is RARE in the lost cave so you won't find it easily. It can only be caught in the Firered lost cave and Misdreavus can only be caught in the Leafgreen Lost cave. You cannot get Misdreavus anywhere in Firered. It is absolutely exclusive to Leafgreen.

Nowhere, because it isn't available in Emerald. You'll have to trade one from FireRed/LeafGreen, where you'll find it in Diglett's Cave.
