go to ertana forest and go to the house(behind the three trees)and find the TV and bump into the front of it and press the A button and rotom leap out at you!. p.s. its level 30 after beating about 3 or 4 gyms go to eterna forest (top) and gardenea will be there. talk to her than go to the old chateu between 8:45pm and 3:00 am. go to the room with a tv and press A at it. you will battle rotom. (note) rotom can breed with ditto

Pokemon #152 in Pokemon Platinum is Rotom. He can be found inside the Old Chateau which is located in the norhtern end of the Eterna forest. (Right near the Eterna City exit.) Go up to the top floor of the Old Chateau and then Rotom is in the second room from the far left. Interact with the TV and Rotom should start a battle.
