In the File menu, there should be an option saying "Select World to Export". Click on that, and what until it says something like "Export Successful".
Next, go to My Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 3 / Exports. A file with the name of your world should be there. Double-click on that icon. The Sims 3 launcher should pop up, and after a while the installation should begin.
