Steps for Diamond and Pearl: Get a Porygon either migration or Mr.Blacklots garden in Hearthome City. Get an up-grade from Prof. Oak in Eterna City. Then trade Porygon holding it and you get Porygon2. Give porygon 2 the DUBIOUS DISK as a hold item. You get a Dubious disk near the Battle Zone. Trade whilst hold item is DDisk and Porygon-z

Steps for Platinum

Obtain lv 25 Porygon in Veilstone City from a random man. Get up-grade in eterna city from Galactik Warehouse. same trading method. Then DDisk is in another Galactic warehouse and do the same trading method
