Magneton evolves into magnezone. un fortunately you cannot evolve it in heart gold or soul silver as you are restricted to the johto and kanto regions! for it to evolve you need to level it up once in mt. coronet which is in the sinnoh region! this means you need to trade to D/P/Plat and trade it back.
