What me and my family do on long car rides (especially with kids) is get those clear paper slips that your store documents in, and grab a couple of expo markers and they work just like a dry erase bored! fun for kids of all ages! a really good idea to do if you don't want to just draw on clear paper, is to put a coloring page or a page from a learning book or whatever and they can draw on it. then when they are finished they can easily erase. they only things you might need to buy are dry erase markers (or wet erase) and clear page covers/slips, (preferably office depot ones) they are very inexpensive and they also are really good if you want to study for something. just slide your paper in and you can write all over without damaging the paper. hope it helped!!
