Go to the Duelist Menu and then Deck Construction. The first Deck Construction is your
normal deck, and the one below it is a strictly turbo duel deck, which will only be used
in turbo duels. You can drag and drop cards with your stylus from your trunk into your
deck, or press the A button and select the option you wish. That's about it.
