You can't; they don't exist.
Dragonball AF, the continuation of the Dragonball series, is basically a load of bunk perpetuated by endless rumors and just plain untrue statements. It's not being made, it hasn't been made, and in all likelihood it never will be made.
There is, however, a Dragonball AF fan manga being done (based partly on all the silly AF rumors that have been thrown around, amusingly enough), which you can find at this site: http://blog.livedoor.jp/toyble/
And the English version here (which I hope nobody minds my posting): http://desirecampbell.com/project/dbaf/
It goes a little too fast for my taste, but it's drawn great.

Dragon Ball AF was an April Fools joke as far as I've heard but if the episodes were to actually exist, they would easily be pretty popular and would be logged down on Dragon Ball fansites and Wikipedia. But I don't think there is a Dragon Ball AF episode out there. There is, however, a Dragon Ball AF manga that you can download on manga apps and buy off the internet. That, I know for sure.
never dragon ball af is fan made but maybe you can watch the fan made af's on youtube
you can download rare characters of dragon ball z,gt and af from http://dragonballchars.webs.com/
