When is mission 12 in club penguin coming out?
Never. This is because if you see carefully, those 1 -11 missions were PSA missions, and in the the last mission, the PSA, as you saw, was destroyed by Herbert. So either they'll start from EPF mission 1, or nothing more will be released.
