Where is the secreat room in Club Penguin?
There are multiple secret rooms. The most common is the PSA hideout (located in the Sport Shop), where you can do missions. You test in by clicking the "M" at the top of your player screen. There is also an EPF hideout, located within the PSA hideout which you unlock by uploading coins onto your account from the EPF game on the Nintendo DS. The last hidden room is the Ninja hideout which you unlock by becomiong a Ninja (play Card-Jitsu until you get your black belt, then challenge Sensei and win). If you are a member, there is also the Fire Dojo.
Can you do previous field ops on club penguin?
You can unfortunately not do previous field-ops, however you can do previous PSA missions. Field-ops are there for a week and then they go, and it's annoying...

When is mission 12 in club penguin coming out?
Never. This is because if you see carefully, those 1 -11 missions were PSA missions, and in the the last mission, the PSA, as you saw, was destroyed by Herbert. So either they'll start from EPF mission 1, or nothing more will be released.
