Talk to G. in the Gadget Room.
1. Go to the dock and talk to Herbert then get the lamp.
2. Go to the Gadget room and get the propeller hat by the door and get the wooden hammer by the table,, while you're there report what you saw to Gary
3. Go to Town and then go into the coffee shop. Offer to help pick up the cookies, then ask for a cookie
4. Go to Town and then give the Green puffle a cookie, then give it the propeller hat, then it should fly up and get the paper.
5. Go to Snow forts and follow the paper then click it when it gets stuck on the flag. Keep following it.
6. After you're at the Plaza, talk to the penguin last in line. Then go to the Pizza Parlor and ask for a pizza.
7. Give the pizza to the penguin in line, then ask to trade it for the paper. Then get the paper inside the news, and then put both of the papers together.
8. Go to the Lighthouse and ask for the balloons. [And no, you do not need to get a soda cream barrel] then go to the Gadget Room and ask for the Super Helium.
9. Get one balloon, and then blow it up with the Super Helium
10. Go to the Sports Shop and get the nails, then go back to the Dock.
11. Go under round in the tunnel, and then look at the map, then go in the order it says.

12. After you're done going through the tunnels, go to the Boiler Room that you'll see there underground
[*BONUS* When you see the machine Herbert made, then get you're spy phone out and use the wrench to get it out, then at the end, tell Gary that you managed to get it, and you will get a "super cool surprise]
13. Go talk to Herbert, then the Boiler Room will start to explode, so you have to find a way to make it so that each pipe is connected until you get to the diagonal side from the start.
14. You'll be done after you talk to Gary in the HQ, then You should get one reward, or two [depending on if you did the bonus or not]
