He is easy to kill only level 20, you have to be a woman in Runescape to get to him though, my guesses your doing the recruitment Drive Quest.
An old glitch which allowed you to wield the Fox, Chicken, or Grain outside of the Recruitment Drive quest. This was fixed many years ago.

You can complete the "Recruitment Drive" quest, that lets you get your respawn point to Falador. You can complete the "Kings Ransom" quest you unlock the "Knight Waves Training" mini-game ( hard-ish ), this will let you set your respawn point to Camelot.
Temple knight armour may refer either to initiate armour (requirement: finish the quest "Recruitment Drive"), or to proselyte armour (requirement: finish the quest "Slug Menace"). You can buy it from Sir Tiffy Cashien, in Falador Park.
As it seems, only Female chars can do that quest, you can see the makeover mage just south-west on Falador, near walls, 1 time it's free, but after that its 3,000 gp per transformation.
The hourglass was a 2007 Halloween event item, needed towards completing the event. Howver, this is also in the Recruitment Drive quest, as an "examination" testing patience. Players should not try to pick it up as you will fail the examination and you will have to start all over again.
It's currently not possible to undo a quest in RuneScape.
The legends quest on runescape is not gone, I suggest that you check again.
