I know 2 ways, there are most likely more but I only know of 2 ways.
WAY 1:
Kill them. You can accomplish this many ways, I will give you 2. The first way to kill a Sim in Sims 2 is to build a pool, and after the Sim gets in, take all ladders out. They will keep swimming in the pool and eventually, their hunger and energy will reach rock bottom and the Sim will have a blood red plumbob above their head and then the grim reaper will come and take care of the rest. Another way to kill a pregnant female Sim is to wait until their hunger is really low, it won't necessarily be rock bottom (because they are pregnant and their needs decay quicker and die quicker), but then they will drop to the floor and the grim reaper will come and take care of the rest. WARNING: If you kill a Sim, all of the Sim's relationships will receive a negative memory of that Sim dying.
WAY 2:
Another way to delete a Sim is to literally delete them. Select the "Find own Place" interaction from the pie menu on either the computer or newspaper and then select which Sims will be moving out (only move out the ones you want to delete). Then, next the Sim(s) will appear in the family bin in the main neighborhood. Click on the Sim(s) you want to delete, then click the garbage can in the lower right hand corner of the screen. If the garbage can is not there, go to www.thesims2.com and look for a patch.
WARNING: Due to an oversight in the way EA coded this, deleting Sims through the bin shreds their character files, eventually leading to a corruption in your game. Early signs of this include Sims trying to talk about a deleted Sim but only displaying a jagged line instead of a thumbnail image of that Sim's head and the appearance of "$ subject" in memories. This is NOT an advisable method of removing Sims from your game.
WAY 3:
You can open up a cheat box(Ctrl-Shift-C) and type in moveobjects on and then go to buy mode the click on them then click delete. This only temporarily removes Sims from your lot: when you next reload it, that Sim will reappear.
WAY 4:
You can open up a cheat box(Ctrl-Shift-C) and type in 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' and then enter the lot the sim is located. After hold down shift while clicking on chharacter annd force an error and delete. it works better on objects.
To delete unwanted families in Sims 2, for PC, go to the unwanted families' neighborhood. Click on the family. A the bottomright hand corner of the Sim Bin there is a 'delete' button. While still having the family on your cursor click on this. The Sim family should now be deleted.
I don't know about sims 3 mobile but in sims 3 you bring up the cheat box (CTRL+Shift+C) and type in testingcheatsenabled true. Then hold shift and click on the sim you want to delete, and it will say "Objects...". Click on that and from that menu select Delete it.
You can get your sim pregnant in Sims 2 Apartment Life and Sims 2 Double Deluxe.
One of your sims has to die. After the sim dies, the Grim Reaper shows up and takes the sim with him. He leaves behind a tombstone or urn (depending on how the sim died). If you don't delete the tombstone or urn, then once in a while the sim's ghost will wander around the lot. It will only be on the lot where the sim died. You can't control the ghost, and it will scare people.
If you are sure you want to delete it, you can shift click on it, press force error and then when the prompt comes up asking you it you want to reset cancel or delete it, press delete.
to delete the pix in sims 2 you have to press the delete or press the trash bin in the conner
If you mean a person Sim that you got by downloading, then, if you want you can delete the download and the Sim will leave the game. If you mean a Sims game (ie: expansion packs) then you can. But be careful, the entire Sims game will be lost.
you unless you delete your Sim and make a new a one

You cant delete a especific sim or sims. You have to delete the whole game. To delete a game you just have to save another game on top of that game. Use a cheat. ctrl shift c and type in moveObjects on with the capitals. and then you can pick up ur sims and delete them. Or if you just want to delete the whole family then click move sims on neghborhood and then sent them to the sim bin. =]

You can't permanently delete a Sim without deleting the entire family from the game. You can make them temporarily disappear, but how to do that is for you to figure out.
