First, use Flit, the green puffle, to pop the balloon holding the java when the jet-bot it DIRECTLY under it. Then the jet-bot will come closer. Use the yellow puffle (i cant remember it's name) on the jet-bot. Finally use the black puffle, Flare, to deactivate it. Then use the deactivation device G gave you. And finally, just put it in a bubble.
