How you defeat him doesn't really depend on your type. Either way, be sure to be at least level 13. Put Lassi in the back, and have her keep healing the hero and Mokka. Have hero use it's most powerful spell. Mokka is the most important one here. Have him keep using Stalagmiter.
Be careful on what the opponent does. He'll use Celestial Swap, which moves one of the planets. He'll probably move the wood planet to power himself up. Mugwort also attacks with Dancing Baby, which targets one character and deals around 150. Jungle Coaster looks cool, but it isn't. It will hit all your members with up to 140! Later in the battle, Mugwort will use Briar Patch, which hits all party members. This battle will be long, but it won't be that hard. Good Luck!

You then do that and then go to where a brownie is sitting (near Honey Mint) and you open the treasure chest to find the tempus forget which you take to the Space Police HQ and use it when prompted and you go to the top floor of the HQ and you will see a treaure chest bouncing, open it and Chai will jump out.
