When you're fighting Ghetsis it is EXTREMELY important that you have at least 1 move that is super effective against each of his Pokemon, I will go into more depth regarding those weaknesses for each one later. Ghetsis always starts off with his Cofagrius and usually uses Toxic first; Using a Steel-type Pokemon is your best choice since you won't have to worry about Toxic since steel-types are immune to any offensive poison moves, that way you won't have to worry about wasting time using an antidote/full-heal on a Pokemon later in the battle. Try using Dark and/or Ghost type moves if your Steel-type can learn them or if it cannot then use any moves that will get a STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) when used by that Pokemon.

Ghetsis will typically send out his Hydreigon next, it is EXTREMELY important that the Pokemon you use against it has a high enough speed that will allow it to attack first, usually if you can get a type-effective move in against it before it strikes you can 1-hit KO it. Use Dragon, Ice, Bug, and/or Fighting type moves.

Bouffalant can be a bit tricky since it's move set gives it decent type-coverage. Use a Pokemon that is resistant, immune, or with a high defense stat. Use fighting-type moves against this one.

Seismitoad is a bit less of a problem and can usually be 1-hit KO'ed with a 4x effective grass type move. If you are using a Grass-type against it, watch out for Sludge Wave (unless you are using a Ferroseed or Ferrothorn since they are immune to poison type moves).

Bisharp should not be as much of a problem especially if you have caught Cobalion before you faced the Elite Four, since it is resistant against all of Bisharp's moves. Even if you don't have Cobalion try and take it down with a Fighting type move since it has 4x effectiveness on Bisharp, if you don't have any Pokemon that possess a Fighting type move, then use ground and/or fire type moves.

Eelektross can be a bit tricky since it has no weaknesses. However, if you have a Pokemon with an ability disabling/changing move (skill swap or gastro acid), has mold breaker as an ability, or a move that negates levitate (gravity or smack down) and use it in combination with a ground type move then you will get a super-effective hit on eelektross. If you don't have any Pokemon that fit that criteria then just use your most powerful moves against it, as long as they aren't flying, steel, or electric types.

Hope this helps!
