The Ambassador cannot be directly crafted. There are five other ways to get it though:
- Earn five of the Spy achievements to unlock it.
- Find it as a random drop.
- Trade for it with another player (to give an item you must be a premium player).
- Purchase it from the Mann Co Store.
- Find it in a Series #24 Mann Co Supply Crate (unlocked with a purchased or traded Mann Co Supply Crate Key, 22.5% chance).
