You have to go to the box dimension by going to the beach(The puffle party 2011 must be on and the entrance to the box dimension will be at the beach)then go near the floating box at the left. Your phone will ring. Click it and solve the puzzle. After that Herbert will call and tell you that all the work was for nothing and it was just Klutzy's alarm clock you found. Then you will get your medal. Remember that the puffle party starts on the 18th of February 2011 and ends on 28th, as I said before its easier to get to the box dimension when the party is on.
