In the game Pokemon: Emerald, in order to clone rare candy you must first have completed the game. Go to your PC and give a rare candy to one of your Pokemon, then log off of the PC and save. Turn PC back on and take back the rare candy. Head over to the lady at the battle frontier and choose an optional challenge. As the lady says, 'you have to say yes,' press the L, R, START, SELECT, A, and B buttons all at the same time. The game will then reset, and you will have a rare candy in your bag, in addition to the one that your Pokemon has. Repeat this process as many times as needed.
