no, there is no way to make legendarys shiny or any Pokemon shiny but there is a way to clone them in battle tower.

No you cannot clone it but it will have an egg of whatever the other Pokemon is besides ditto. Plus the egg will not be the ditto. Actually, theres a cheat where you CAN clone them, Its at the battle fronter.Go inside the Battle tower.go to the PC, and save. Put the Pokemon you wish to clone into the PC doesnt mater how many.Now take out the same Pokemon you wanted to clone. DO NOT SAVE.Go to the Multi-link battles and the lady will ask you if you want to save say YES.then it'll sa y do you wish to overwrite pervious game?say yes and then shut off the game boy.Cut it back on and check your Pokemon list then go check the PC.Instant clone~{Note, this works with Items too}
