Wii chipmodding is outdated and most time you will have to send your wii to someone who knows what they are doing (you will have to open the wii and install it manually) and it is very expensive.
A new and better methode is avaible called softmodding, which can be done by anyone very fast and very cheap, and it doesnt void the warranty of your wii. Check out this guide if want to try it out:
