What you do is just go in your album and there is a sticker bar and put the star on your favorite pic. Then you go to your dsi menu and walla there it is. I know this because I have a dsi of my own. Enjoy;)

To change the actual WALLPAPER, you have to take a picture of whatever you want as the wallpaper. then make sure its saved on the CONSOLE memory and not just an sd card. find the picture in the album and choose the star stamp. whatever pictures have the star stamp on them will rotate as your wallpaper pictures.
